Meeting Notes - July 4th, 2010.

The entire meeting was devoted to the planning of an upcoming activity and event.

For members, detailed minutes will be spelled out in the "Member's Only" Area. Duties and responsibilities will also be assigned so please check the posts.

It was also decided that there will be meetings held next Sunday, the 11th of July 2010, 4pm.

In the meanwhile, members are to proceed with the assigned duties and responsibilities and provide status reports during next Sunday's meeting.
